Meet the team

Steve Stukas- CEO

Steve worked in telecom for over 20 years, having managed large scale operations, new construction, and upgrade projects, as a contractor, stakeholder, and owner. He has also directly managed and launched several public-private partnerships projects throughout California.

Samantha Edeen- COO

Samantha has been an Operations and People Director in the telecom industry for 15 years, running daily business administration and logistics. She is experienced in managing a variety of teams ranging from construction project managers, field crews and customer installers, as well as the support personnel in between.
